- Storm Drain
- PIRR
- GIRR
- Excavation, clear and grub and embankment
- Base and Subbase placement
- Concrete sidewalks, curb & gutter, ped ramps
- Paving
- Street signage
- Fencing
- Landscape
- Coordinator with Idaho Power, Engineering and Survey
- SWPPP
